These terms govern your use of the QuickMaxx LLC website and its online appointment booking. By booking an appointment or otherwise using this site, you agree to them.
Services and appointments
- Booking a time slot reserves that time with QuickMaxx and creates a calendar invitation with a meeting link where applicable.
- Free consultations carry no charge. Paid services are billed at the price shown at booking and processed by Stripe.
- Service descriptions and prices may change; the price shown when you book is the price that applies to that booking.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Need to change or cancel a booking? Contact us at maxine@quickmaxx.biz and we will reschedule or cancel the appointment and any associated calendar event.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking and not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt the booking system, submitting false bookings, or accessing data that is not yours.
Professional advice
Bookkeeping and training services are provided for your business’s benefit but do not constitute legal or tax advice unless expressly agreed in a separate engagement.
Disclaimer and liability
The website and booking service are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickMaxx LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website; our total liability related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information, including Google Calendar data used to power booking.
